Refund policy
1. Introduction We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product under the following conditions.
2. Return Period You can return the product within 30 days of purchase.
3. Conditions for Return
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Gift cards
• Clearance Items
• Secondhand Product
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business working days.
6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at onlinesales@rackmanaustralia.com.au and send your item to the location provided by Rackman Australia when your return is approved. As per our standard terms and conditions, any damage or issues with short or incorrect supply needs to be made formally within 7 calendar days to onlinesales@rackmanaustralia.com.au with issues and pictures if relevant attached.
7. Shipping To return your product, you should mail/ship your product to the location provided by Rackman when your return is approved. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
